Our Philosophy of Operation

The operating philosophy of the company is to apply the knowledge and experience of retired senior people to customers' problems. The mode of operation is to form integrated, interdisciplinary teams of experts with knowledge and experience specific to a customer's problem, solve the problem as a team, then disband the team after the work is accomplished to the customer's satisfaction.

Major benefits to our customers from this philosophy and mode of operation include the fact that they can have a high degree of confidence in the results because their work is addressed only by people who possess the specific knowledge and experience needed to solve their problems; the work gets done quickly with fewer false-starts than might otherwise be the case, and, because the company does not maintain a large full-time staff, overhead costs are low. Customers have, without exception, been pleased and complimentary of our operating philosophy and mode of operation.
