Raymond G. Hemann
Mr. Hemann has thirty-three years of broad technical and defense analysis
experience in the Aerospace Industry and Government, in advanced systems
development and the R&D of major aerospace and avionics systems. Experience
includes: foreign technology analysis, threat assessment, future systems
requirements and strategic planning. He has a broad knowledge of technical and
National Security issues and serves on several technical panels to the DoD and
the intelligence community.

Mr. Hemann is presently a consultant to members of the National Intelligence
Council; a Classified Intellignece Agency/ USAF/FTD; The Institute for Defense
Analyses, and The Center for Strategic and International Studies, Washington,
D.C., where he is an Adjunct Senior Fellow.
He served for five years as Chairman of the Threat Working Group, a national
group of threat experts from government, industry and academia engaged in and
analysis of issues relating to Soviet threat and defense policy planning.
