Company personnel are experienced in all aspects of the technical, management, and analytical disciplines needed to evaluate, manage, and troubleshoot advanced systems over the entire systems spectrum, from determining system requirements and architectures based on customer needs, through system design, RDT&E, and operations and support. The company also conducts investigations to assess the performance and operational problems of systems in the field. These capabilities have been applied primarily to helping customers with the management and development of complex systems; management of applied research; and science and technology assessments, both foreign and domestic.

The company has an interdisciplinary staff consisting of a small, full-time staff and a large part-time staff of over 30 associates. All but two hold earned doctorates or master's degrees. All are retired industry, government, or academic personnel who have technical and management experience at all levels. Many have held positions of leadership and responsibility at the highest levels of government and industry and many have earned international recognition and awards for their contributions. With the exception of academicians, the company does not use "moon-lighters" in any of its work.
